Xperia P: Usb device Disabled Error

Hi guys!! im a xperia p user and i got a very serious problem about my phone.. every time i charge it it says usb device disabled error and its not charging and also my laptop cant read/ detect my phone i also tried using other laptops but no luck... its charging when i turned off my phone and when i turn it back on its not charging again.. pls do help me.. i didnt root or unlocked anything

I am having exactly the same problem since a week. Same message (USB devices disabled error). And the phone charges very slowly, and the battery drains very fast.

It already started before updating the phone to 6.2.A.1.100

Does anyone know a solution?

I am having this phone since 8 months. @ customer suppert: can I use the guarantee?

I have exact same problem. Tried asking for solutions here in this forum but no help from anyone.
This is now becoming general problem of xperia p. I am living with it.

Try connecting charger slowly and in different angles to micro usb port, this will allow you to charge without switching off your phone.

I have got the same problem with usb device disabled error recently.. I just factory reset the phone and the problem gone.. It may work for you too I guess..
