Xperia P Update issues

I  am facing problem trying to update my xperia p from ICS 4.04 to jellybean..whenever i  try to update it..the software downloads more than 410 mb (wheres  actual file size should be 398.6 mb as shown in the mobile's update  center) & after downloading about almost 100% it says the file could  not be downloaded..It happened more than once..

most likely its a computer issue

disable your firewall and antivirus and try again

regarding the update size, it varies per country/region and network. few apps more or less

I tried to updated it driectly from the mobile & if i try to update it from computer it shows error in dowload as soon as it goes about 25%.

disable your firewall and antivirus, also how fast is your internet connection?
