* Go to FILE MANAGER (ASTRO OR SOMETHING)
*Select a file which you to transfer, tap-and-hold for options
*Choose SHARE or SEND option
*Now it will show a various options for file transferring, select BLUETOOTH option, if your BLUETOOTH is not turned on already, it will ask you as to turn on, just choose YES option
*You will be than navigated to Bluetooth Settings page
*Tap VISIBLE TO ONLY PAIRED DEVICES
*On the other phone quickly go to settings and turn on Bluetooth, and tap Scan devices, after sometime you'll see your device name (something like XPERIA P), Tap on your device.
*Now come back to your device, you'll see a pop window asking to pair, just tap PAIR option.
*Same pop up window will open on other phone as well, just tap PAIR option (sometimes this may not appear, no problem), Now pull down notification bar and click on notification and tap ACCEPT FILE
*Your file will be transferred. Once finished, It will be in Bluetooth folder of other device
Tip: If file is too large (>100mb) use other method called FAST FILE TRANSFER explained in my other post
