Xperia P rebooting after every 10 min

I know how all itstart, suddenly my mobile start rebooting after every 10 min. either it gets rebooted or get hang. I tried master reset, deleeted all data,  i tried repairing using PC companion. As its out of warrenty now what are the chances it will rapaired by reinstalling OS? or is it hardware problem?

Sorry to hear about your phone. You can try to remove the SIM card to see if the phone still behaves the same way. You could also try to start the phone in safe mode:

If the behavior still persists, it sounds like your phone needs to be examined and repair by a service center since you already tried to repair the phone software using PC Companion.

Thanks Alexander for quick response, Ialready  tried removing SIM and kept under observation for almost 5 hrs, but still no luck. I will check with service center... is it hardware or software problem??? just for information
