Dear Sony Team,
I trust your brand and after having lot of issues in Xperia P I am losing my trust.
I updated my Xperia P to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and after that I have below problems in my phone-
1. On incoming calls most of the times I am unable to pics the call after sliding it to Green side.
Sometimes it picks up the call and I can hear only after 4-5 seconds.
Its ridiculous when I am not able to do the basic thing with my smartphone.
2. There's no pic in the album. So if I want to change my profile picture on what's app or any other app. The album doesnt show any picture in it.
3. Very often there's no network at all and when i go to setting and network, the network comes back.
4. To find a contact, the phone takes 6-7 seconds to open the contacts.
If you really want to get the trust of customers, please sort it out my dear SONY TEAM.

I can help you with point 2 and maybe 3:
2. There's no pic in the album. So if I want to change my profile picture on what's app or any other app. The album doesnt show any picture in it.
Solution:
1. Click the Options button
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Applications
4. Select Manage applications
5. Select the Album App
6. Click Force stop and then Clear Cache
That's all, the Album App will be back to normality, but it'll be slow since it has to make cache files again... This error happened to me since ICS...
3. Very often there's no network at all and when i go to setting and network, the network comes back.
What I do is:
1. Set the phone to AirPlane mode for 2-3 sec.
2. Get it back to normal
After that, you'll se the signal is full again for at least a few hours... however, you have to continuosly check if you're phone have signal, if not, do this again...
I hope that it helped you.
