xperia p notification issues

dear sir

m using sony xperia p and it is totally updated with your latest software but still i cant receive notification tones on new mail and txt msgs why sony could'nt rectify dis in all manner...

and my second ques is - why sony had stopped his unique whitemagic technology in other or at present continue smart phones.

plz kindly let me know on dese both probs

open your message app and go to settings and see if the there is a notification tone enabled! if not enable it!

select a specific tones for each of ur apps, like facbook, wats app, and set a default notification too, also set a different tone to messages.. no conflict ..
