xperia p network disconnect issue

i have a network disconnection problem with my xperia p LT22i, since i bought it few weeks ago, i thought it will bee fixed after updating the android version to 6.1.1.B.1.54, but the problem continue, i don't know what's wrong with it.

every thing appears to be normal (even the signal bars are full) but when ever i call, it tells me that it's impossible to rich, and i can't receive calls too. i have to reboot it in order to connect again to the network.

get a brand new SIM card as that can be the issue, also there might be apps that are creating this issue
