Xperia P motherboard problem?

Hi

I bought a xperia P, used.

I think that the motherboard are a problem, because:

1.When i delete the intern memory or make a factory reset in my phone, after the reset the phone in the memory appears the all files, before i delete the memory.

2.When i connect the phone in fastboot or flashboot it is not possible, because i have s1 boot download problem or s1 fastboot download problem, but i installed pc companion, flashtool driver and all drivers.

So i dont know to make a firmware update or else.

Any idea???

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to erase all information on the Internal storage via Settings > Storage?

Which computer OS are you running on? And also is it a x86 or x64 bit system?

Yes, I erased all information on the Internal storage via Settings > Storage.

I use windows 7 x64.

If possible check if you can perform an reinstall of the phone via SUS on a x86 system.

If not I suggest that you contact your local support team to have this examined and fixed at a repair center.
