Xperia P Jelly bean problem

after updating my device to JB i am facing some problems.

1. sometimes my phone goes back when im working. just like someone touched the back sensor while im typing something.

2. The phone freezes after attending the call

3.Need to wait for sometimes to see the call details

The phone freezes or applications suddenly shut down

Downloaded applications can cause the phone to behave unexpectedly or affect the phone performance. Use safe mode to check if any downloaded application causes the problem. In safe mode, the phone only starts with preinstalled software and applications. If the phone performance improves in safe mode, it’s likely that one or more of the downloaded applications are affecting the phone negatively. You can then uninstall the most recently downloaded application and restart the phone.

To enable safe mode

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold down the power key until the phone vibrates.
3. Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
4. Press and hold the volume down key until the phone vibrates. The phone then restarts in safe mode.

Note: To exit safe mode, restart the phone.

The going back problem could be from air bubbles.Check the transparent bar.

The viber app causes some lag for the dialer.

Also,regular restarts are good for the phone's performance.
