One day, I dropped my xperia p into water. After I took it to go to warranty, it was changed RAM because of RAM error. Now, it has a problem such as hard disk deep freeze, that means everything performs as normal when I use it but all operations I perform such as take photos, send/receive messages, copy/delete data in storage ... will be reset after I reboot device, it looks like hard disk will be reset to the state after warranty after I reboot device.
Does anybody have idea about my problem, please give me some advices.

Hmmm, has Sony changed the warranty conditions? Good to know ...
No, they don't warranty that problem, but I asked them to repair it and I must pay for that
