XPERIA P hard disk problem !!!

One day, I dropped my xperia p into water. After I took it to go to warranty, it was changed RAM because of RAM error. Now, it has a problem such as hard disk deep freeze, that means everything performs as normal when I use it but all operations I perform such as take photos, send/receive messages, copy/delete data in storage ... will be reset after I reboot device, it looks like hard disk will be reset to the state after warranty after I reboot device. Slightly_frowning_Face

Does anybody have idea about my problem, please give me some advices.

No, they don't warranty that problem, but I asked them to repair it and I must pay for that
