Xperia P Copy and paste function not working

I'm Using Sony Xperia P. Andriod 4.0.4 version. Build Number 6.1.1.B.1.54 Kernel Version 3.0.8+ Model No. LT22i.

I cant copy and paste text in Facebook App nor i can copy the images . when i double click the screen its not showing me copy option ?

the only place where the copy&paste option appears is in Whats app..But i want to use the same function in FB(broswer).

I guess you wont be able to do it, since copy and paste functionality is only available for text editors.

Facebook hasn't made it available to copy / paste in the application. You can do that only if you open Facebook through your browser.
