Xperia P battery notification problem

Hi all,

     I have a sony xperia P. I purchased it one month back. When i put my XP for charging, even  if it charges fr half an hr the percentage of battery charged is not getting increased at all. If i restart my phone, then its showing the correct increased battery level. Is this happening to all? What is the reason for it?

A have exactly the same problem... Still stuck to find a solution...

it is a bug from ics,hope it will be gone in next firmware update.
