Dear,

I am not able to take back-up of the phone.

I have just biught the same yesterday, so there is no content but as we doe for windows I wanted to back-up the original settings.

Is there a problem with PC companion as the Back-up end at last sec, back-up file is created but is corrupted.

Try reinstalling PC Companion and check what category the backup fails at by running the backup for one category at the time.

Another option would be to make a backup using an application from Play Store.
