Xperia P album(gallery) not opening

Hi,

i brought "xperia p "phone week ago.today i updated to ICS.however me facing problem.Album(gallery) is not opening after ICS update.Please help how to solve the problem .i tried to restarting phone many times but didnt help.

Go to menu,tap the third sensitive button and select uninstall.You cleared the data for the album and still have problems?

I did everything possible and Album program works ONLY for a short period.

I went back to factory settings,deleting/format all the external memory and nothing same problem.

no it wont delete ur pics it jus clears the settings, databases of the album app ma ...

Solution for all of you who have xperia update to jelly bean. For those of you who have updated android os xperianya to jelly bean and photo album has an error or crash do not panic!, You try to follow these simple tips:

1. Turn on the phone, if you open a locked first locknya.

2. Tap the settings icon / settings.

3. Find and touch the text / icon Apps.

4. All column and scroll to find the application albumya. Gently touch.

5. Find and touch keys with clear writing of data with feeling.

6. Find and touch the button to clear the cache writing with feeling.

7. Completed.

Clear data on the application of this album will not remove any pictures. clear the data in this case is only for resetting the album application error and crashes.

this is a temp solution only ,, jus download the apk which is in my above post and install.. sony stock album has bug ..

i have the same problem...i tried factory reset..but after sometime the problem returns...i also tried clear the catch...but nothing works...

u may try to download "xperia z for all" and then install album app from this...

maybe this sounds silly but this may resolve your problem...mine did....:smileyhappy:
