Xperia P album(gallery) not opening

Hi,

i brought "xperia p "phone week ago.today i updated to ICS.however me facing problem.Album(gallery) is not opening after ICS update.Please help how to solve the problem .i tried to restarting phone many times but didnt help.

U wont loose ur photos and videos if u  wipe cache of the app

Hey varun,

               I hope u have already tried a fresh install. if not i would suggest u to do so and then do a complete factory reset. if u have done this too then try another gallery app and do let us know if it works fine.

But what about our original Sony album? it's still shows blank screen on my phone.So why we don't have any solution on our original album yet?.I don't want to do factory reset because it will remove all my previous data.take a look at my album below:

The problem is that sony is not replying on this major issue.Atleast they should solve this in next firmware update.

This happened to me after i updated! but the pictures apeared again after i took a picture from the camera! i am surprised!

even i updated wit jb n m also facin same problems viewing albums:smileysad:...

so definetely sony should look forward to tis issue.......

i had done factory settings once b4 also as i faced t same n again after 3 days of update m facing t same problem....

pls do inform if any soln is available ...
