Xperia P album(gallery) not opening

Hi,

i brought "xperia p "phone week ago.today i updated to ICS.however me facing problem.Album(gallery) is not opening after ICS update.Please help how to solve the problem .i tried to restarting phone many times but didnt help.

how to fix this problem.

- go to settings > apps > all

- i clear cache and clear data in to Album, Photo Analyzer Service, Photo editor and Photos and videos. that work for me. ^^

My gallery problem started again.So clearing data won't work.What should i do to solve this problem permanentely? Please Sony reply.

Me too Getting the same as said by varunraul after clearing the catch it works for some time and again the Album been crashed @Nabeel please help us from this bug

Yes,there is no solution to this problem & Sony know this.Therefore they are purposely avoiding only this discussion & answering most of the useless discussion in this forum.This is one of the biggest problem in the jellybean update.I hope Sony will soon solve this problem with a new firmware update.

guys i contacted sony customer care they said album stopped working  ..yy sony suddenly stoped album for jelly bean update  confusing sony not relpying messages we wait till nxt update

If you clear data, all your photos are lost ? Because I don't want to loose them !

@tina_k your pictures, videos, music should not be affected, if you are afraid of that, remove the SD card > follow the suggestion above > place the SD card back on
