Xperia Neo V Touchscreen Problem after ICS Update

I had bought this Xperia Neo v in Oct.2011, Recently in June 2012, when sony made available the ICS update, I had updated this to ICS & the problems started.. making our life miserable.. First, the touch screen got erratic.. it won't accept the unlock or answer commands.. simply.. after lots of tries.. it sometimes accepeted the commands..Sometimes, it would start executing various application & commands by itself, even without any touch... like started calling any no. etc. I had to reset the phone several times.. but no success.. rolled back the update.. no success.. with service module.. it could be ascertained that it was a physical touch screen problem &  not a software problem.. Took it to the Local Service station Professional Developers in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. These guys never had an idea of this kind of problem.. & assured me that shall get rectified in 1/2 an Hour.. & asked me to collect the phone in 30 mins.. I went back to collect the phone after 90 mins.. to find that it was not yet attended.. they made me sit for few mins.. rolled back the update & gave it back to me .. saying that the problem is rectiified.. even  without chcking it by themselves.. I checked there & found that it was in the same state as earlier.. Then, they said that it was a display problem.. & shall be rectified in 7 working days.. It was on 26th of June 2012, that I gave my phone (within Warranty.. only 8 months with me)  for repairs.. to an Authorised Sony Service Center.. Till date.. I have not been able to get it back.. even after numerous folow-ups at the service station, uncountable phone calls at the Toll Free Call No. -- Sony has made abig joke of its customers.. there is no one to respond properly.. the service center guys keep on telling that they do not have required parts.. the call center guys.. are most of the times.. busy & keep you on hold for so much of time that you take an oath there itself that you shall never call back to these guys.. but only for your WITHIN WARRANTY Sony Xperia Neo V mobile.. given to these dumb guys.. you have to keep on calling them forgetting all the humiliation & your oath.. they keep on talling that your phone is under repairs.. waiting for spares.. you try to escalate your compalain.. after 25 days.. & they promise that someones shall call up and give you feedback of the exact status within 3 WORKING DAYS... Very Nice of them.. to commit this.. that you have to wait for 3 more days..to get a feedback.. after 25days have already passed.. & not to your surprise.. that even after 7 working days.. not a single call from anyone.. You keep on calling after that & different Senior Executives everytime will talk to you.. you have to repeat whole story to them.. only to hear that thay will call back in a day  or 2.. which never occurs.. Today 35 days have passed since I gave the mobile for repairs.. & yet there is no feedback/ commitment / sincerity from SONY.. What  an attitude.. towards their loyal customers.. It ahs been a biggest harrasment I have ever facedd from any company so far.. Could any one help me with this issue ? Whom to contact ? What to  do ?  P L E A S E
