Xperia Neo V stuck in bootloop.

hi, i have xperia neo v, since last 5 days my phone has a big problem. when ever i turn on my phone it shows sony logo and xperia logo only and than restart again and again. i am not able to type anything not even to update my phone software. it just show sony and xperia logo thats it.

i am not able to connect to the computer and not able to go in main menu nothing just restating until the bettery get exit.

what can i do.? i tried to do hard to restart but nothing ?

please guide me through.

mine not working after doing all the instruction said by mr Uliwooli,,,,
actually the exaCT problem is it restars...so there's no way of recognising the usb....so i dont think the update service or pc companion can do this job...
plz any further suggestion...
