Xperia neo V Issues fixed or not?

Hello I have some questions about Neo V which I wanna get it cleared before buying it.

1)Wi-Fi problem which many have reported --Fixed or Not?

2)People noticed heating issue during the call?

3)Does Neo V supports skype video calling over internet?

And by the I dont wann update it to ICS.

1. I don't think any one can say it's fixed or not because it's more complex than so. If you experience Wi-Fi issues it could be due to many things and parameters and it's not all users that do experience Wi-Fi problems.

2. Well if the phone becomes hot its something wrong with it. If it becomes warm it's normal. This can't be determined over a forum.

3. Yes it's support video calling via Skype.
