Xperia Neo V ICS Update

Hi

    I tried to update my Xperia Neo V android version to ICS 4 using PC Companion, But it says "Your Phone is up to date". Please help me to udate to ICS 4

My Phone : Xperia neo V

SI             : Behind Battery ---- 1256-4014

                : Number on the phone when dialing - *#*#7873432#*#*  --- 1253-8237

I have one more doubt also,SI Number behinde the battrey doesnt match the SI number on my phone, is this a problem ??

Only refer to the SI number behind the battery.
