I have a problem with my Xperia neo L, it won't open and I don't know what to do. It happened yesterday, Oct. 16 when I accidentally dropped my phone and it bounced off thrice and I can't open it afterwards. Whenever I switch-on my phone it vibrates but no display appearing on the screen. I bought it last February, but my box with the personal and warranty letter lost. Will I need to pay service charge for it or not? Please do help me with this matter. Thank you and God Bless Sony Company.
