Xperia neo L - bluetooth & restarting

My xperia NEO-L gives me a headache this morning.

It started  when I was about to send picture via Bluetooth then my phone turns off by itself. And when I turn it on, it boots and shutdown then turns on again and again and again.

I rushed to our nearest CUSTOMER SERVICE here in ur city, but it was not a good service. They told me they do not accept Xperia phones, only darn MYPHONE. Instead, they provided me a toll-free number but it doesn't even work. So I went home disappointed.

Now I'm stuck with my xperia. I just bought this phone last September 2012. There are a lot of phone repair here but I don't want to, I'm afraid if I lose the warranty. I don't have any problem with this phone since I bought it. And I don't have any problem with Samsung CS before like sony.

I'm not a happy customer.

This should be easily resolved by running an update/repair:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps
