Xperia neo does not start

After shutting down and charging i can not start my Xperia neo anymore. No start screen, nothing!

Tried to remove and insert the battery/sim/sd again, still no start-up.

Tried to charge it again, no led indicator...

Tried a hard reset, also not working....

Battery broken down? I'm not sure.

Try with other battery if possible

Don't buy
Visit your service center if its quite near to your house

or try software repair

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

Before you invest on another battery, test with another USB cable.

Tried that just now. Phone still doesn't start.

No problem .... I think you have no choice but to test with another battery as I doubt you can do a software repair. Try to borrow one from friend using the same phone.

Tried this with both, PCC and Update Service, and two USB cables, original and other USB Cable.

Phone doesn't respond at all.
