Xperia neo bootloader unlock allowed = no

I own a MT15i (xperia neo) bought about 2 years ago to Vodafone Spain, on contract expire i got the full ownership of the machine, so , Vodafone gave me the sim unlock code... everythink ok?

The machine is VERY slow, and almost no free space, so i want to test other android biulds , but i can not because Vodafone set the bootloader unlock allowed = no.

You can not unless you find a Custom ROM that can run on a Locked Bootloader, the reason your bootloader its locked is because your carrier/network Vodafone request it to be locked, its not quite up to Sony to unlock it but Vodafone.
