Xperia music problem

Hi !!

On 27th May'2014, I have brought Xperia E Dual; everything is well as expected except Walkman app. Sony is the most popular for music but unable to listen quality music with Walkman app. When mobile goes to standby mood, music slightly cracking/break for a second. Please help to resolve it.

I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

Yes, I am also having the same problem... i was hoping to get an update of the walkman app, but the phone already says that the phone is updated to the latest version. I checked the version of the walkman app and it 5.XX. Other music players like poweramp and fusion music are not having the problem. Do you have any suggestions what should be done? And the problem was there just after i bought the phone from a local dealer. The manufacturing date was 2013 and it came with the preloaded apps. I didn't install any thirparty app by myself.
