Xperia Mrio Camera Problem

HI Friends..
I am using xperia Miro From jan 2013

it working godd till now.
But now I have a problem with it
my camera app not working.When Iselect camera system says "Camera is not availabe"
Friends can you help me and suggest a solution???

try this

settings > apps > all > camera > clear cache > restart your phone

also download a file manager and see if you can access your SD card

Yes I can acces sd card..

when i try to use camera it says " Cammera is not avilable"
Is this a hardware complient..??
