Xperia miro touch problem

Hi every body.

I bought my miro phone about 2 week ago. the touch of the phone stopped working some times. it will be work after power off the phone for 2 or more hour. but again the touch stoped working.some time with lock and unlock the screen the touch become alive but it doesnt work for long time. i use calibrating tools for tipo phone.after running the application the touch stoped working! and by lock and unlocking the phone touch worked for an hour and problem was still.

do you have an extra film protector or protecting case that might be pressing the keys? you can repair your phone with SUS or PCC and check again

No.i did it yesterday.i also find ROM file and flash it .but problem doesnt solved.

android version 4.0.4

is it that the phone is

1) laggy

or

2) does not respond at all?

I would try again but this time do NOT install any app at all

it does not respond at all. with lock and unlock screen some time touch work.
