I bought a Sony xperia 1 year back and from the second day I bought the phone it started to auto restart during calls but after that it restarted in almost every simple task sometimes it restarts even if the phone is not in use .I have also given mobile in warranty claim but they refreshed it and returned back but still the issue is same .I again gave the mobile for warranty claim but the response is same they say unless we dont see ourself ur mobile restart we cannot do anything ,sometimes they update softwares and sometime they say its a battery issue, I'm very frustrated from the SONY customer service.
My phone is with SONY center halff of the month but always they return my phone saying now I will not face this issue but till date I am facing the same.
