Xperia Miro Incoming Calls Problem

Hello

I use Xperia Miro and I have a problem with incoming calls.Sometimes when people are calling to me there is no connection with my phone (even when I didn't use the phone).

The phone is in front of me with full signal strength and there is no connection.

This happens in "GSM/WCDMA" mode and in "WCDMA only" mode. I tried with another SIM and there is the same problem.

I tried  factory data reset and settings reset then I repaired the phone with PC Companion but no results.

I hope there is some solution to this problem.

My Xperia Miro with latest firmware does the same, the caller is instantly redirected to the voicemail, I need a phone to receive calls, that is the most basic function. Already replaced the SIM card with a new one, also I reset the phone and it doesn't solve the issue. The phone is currently being "repaired" in Sony Service Center for the third time (It came with a defective screen, and it took the Service Center two repairs to fix it). If it comes back with this same problems now, I swear I'll never buy a Sony mobile phone again, and will change to Samsung. Sony brand supposedly stands for quality, but I'm very disappointed. Also the walkman app in Xperia miro is constantly crashing, I guess Sony shoud have sorted out these issues by now, the phone is now 1 year old.

I have solved this by changing the mobile network settings.

Change the network mode to GSM only.

This settings works fine for me.

Only issue is if i want to use 3G network then we should change this settings back to original.

Thanks,

Thanks dearly, @robertavarghese changing the network setting to "GSM only" was what solved the problem! 3G works fine as well.
