Xperia mini screen blinking issue

Hi,

I have issue of blinking screen with my Xperia mini handset. Its under warranty. Have already given to service centre, they kept it for 2 months. Changed motherboard, LCD, still issue is same. Mr. Nepolain Shinde @ Accel Frontline Services, Pune , said that this is the issue with the model. Please let me know what should i do next ?
