I have had my Mini Pro less than two weeks and the back key is unresponsive intermittently. The menu key can also play up, but not as much as the back key. The only thing that gets it working is turning the phone off. I thought it may be the screen protector but have taken it off and it is still there. I have not used the phone as anything but a phone (no internet browsing at all, have not even connected to the internet) so not sure whether firmware will help as it is new and could not have been damaged remotely? Any ideas? Thanks.
