Hi Xperia mini/mini pro users
I'm in the UK and have a 5 month old UK spec Xperia Mini and up until now it's been a wonderful mobile, small but it does everything i want it to do and it looks sooo good. I was so happy with the little thing that is right up until it decided to start vibrating intermitently after about 10 minutes solid use whether it is on the internet or just browsing my apps..... something any smartphone should do with ease. It gets to the point where it's impossible to use the mobile as it also keeps jumping in and out of the sub menu you get by touching the lower right soft key at the bottom of the screen. I've now seen so many messages on the forum about users now suffering what appears to be a major flaw in the unit, i'm going to attempt to contact the team on here for help and hopefully a solution at no cost to myself for what appears to be a problem not spotted by Sony up until now. Support team if you are reading this could you make light of our problem and offer some kind of product recall and repair. A lot of people have purchased this wonderful phone and just as i want to, stay with it. Sony..... Listen and PLEASE HELP US!!!
