I'm from India, and I recently upgraded my xperia mini from Gingerbread to Ice Cream Sandwich, after which I'm facing a problem with the camera. Though the video quality is still good as was in Gingerbread, the photo quality has become very bad. Neither does the camera pick up adequate lighting from the surroundings, neither does the autofocus work very well, resulting in dull and blurred images. The camera used to work well in Gingerbread.
I tried factory reset and software repair using PC Companion, but to no avail.
Any solution for the same? Kindly reply.
In that case I suggest that you have your phone examined at an repair center. Contact your local support team for more info.

there is no need to take it to a repair center because that´s a bug that came with the ICS update, please check what update you have, the 467 or the 587. If you look down this forum you will see a lot of camera issues that came when we updated the phone. You can try to disable de image stabilizer, sometimes it helps.
Okay. I'll visit a service center soon. Thank you
PS: Is it possible to have the android OS downgraded to Gingerbread through the service center?
Thank you for the information
I have the 587 update loaded onto my phone. I tried disabling the image stabilizer, but it didn't help.
