xperia m5 not switching on

When you press the power button and the volume button, nothing happens.

When you connect it to the computer, it does not get detected.

When you run PC Companion, it does not detect it still.

When you press the reset button near the memory card tray, nothing happens

when put on charging shows red light and dosent

change to orange or green light even

after charging phone for more than 6 hours what to do??

I think you might need to visit a customer service point and get your phone inspected by a professional, contact your Local support.

I have never had problems with my Sony M5 before untill a month ago when it started to shut down automatically, but it would always turn on when I swithced it on again.

Now it is also not switching on and I have the exact same problem as set out here, except mine does not even show a red/orange/green light when I charged it.
