xperia m5 cannot hear the caller no audio in ear speaker, also debiting phone credits in sim 2

Hi guys need help, when receiving a call  i could not hear any sound, unless i connect my earphones. also tried diagnostics, the ear speaker has no sound at all. not sure if this is hardware or software issue, but this happened after i upgraded to 30.1.b.1.46 i have the e5663, m5 dual. i suspect it is a software issue, please help, i've never experienced this kind of a buggy phone. This was replaced because of the shutdown problem. also had a problem with dual sim,  i am using only sim 1 for online connection, and sim 2 prepaid credit is being debited by small fractions, like last night it was 50, then down 47.15 then 43.15, with sim2 being setup for gsm only...

@JayGomez

repair the phone with PCC, if you don't encounter the same issue then it was software related, however if you still have the same issue then it is a hardware problem and you will have to contact your Local support

software repair

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Thanks uliwool tries all of them, I found out that uninstalling a wallpaper app did the speaker worked ok, however the 2ND issue still not being resolved, I noticed that 2 sim cards are connecting online, even if the 2ND sim is only for data, reason why it is debiting my phone credit, what should I do?
