Xperia m5 can't connect to multimedia

The phone can't connect to the multimedia system in the car. Is there any solution??

Are you trying to connect via bluetooth? Are you getting any error message?

Yes, via Bluetooth. It's connected for 1 or 2 seconds and then it's disconnected again. The phone is new
