Xperia M4 Aqua E2353 Messaging keeps crashing

Hi! My messaging app keeps on crashing after i updated all the apps in cluding Google play services. What seems to be the problem? I cleared the cache and everything. Please help.

You may want to backup your messages as well, just in case. Use Xperia Companion to do this.

I rebooted it into safe mode, and it's still crashing.

It doesnt have problems when i reset the phone (factory settings) but when i updated all the apps, the messaging began crashing.

My second problem also is that I installed and played the Subway surfers: RIO special and Simcity buildit before I reset the phone. But when try to found it and tried to install it again, it says it is not compatible with my Aqua. But my Huawei Honor 3C lite (kitkat version) can download and install it.

Hi i have the same problem, i checked the center of messages but it don't seems to come from this.

You may need to run through with a software repair on the device using Xperia Companion.

I think i have found the problem. The Android Application webview. I uninstalled the updates and the messaging stopped crashing when i opened a message. 

Well my second problem still exist which i cant find and download the subway surfers and simcity buildit again.

You may need to clear data from the Playstore apps.

Try clearing these apps,

Playstore

Play Services

Google Services Framework

Once done load the Playstore backup and see if you can download the apps.

As of this time, I haven't installed or updated my Application webview app, fearing it could crash my messaging again. I can download the new versions of subway surfers.

Im curious about Bluetooth file sharing. Whenever i share a file it leads directly to my internal memory not my memory card. Is there any way to fix this? Im using lollipop version.

That mean you must repair your phone with xperia companion.
