Xperia M2 stuck on boot up/start up

hi,

Im hoping someone can help me. My phone was working fine today when it crashed and turned off, so i turned it back on again and it just loops through the powered by android, waves and three logo (my carrier), i have tried turning it completely off an on again and also downloaded the sony companion app to repair my software but this has not done anything.

If the Software Repair has not resolved the issue, you will need to contact your local support team and arrange a repair.

remove the SIM and SD cards and try again, if that doesn't work, repair the phone with PCC

software repair

I havent tried removing both sim and memory card, will try now

Removing both cards did not cause any change and the PCC seems to not want to repair. Thanks to both of you though for your time though in reading and aswering. I will take it to where i bought it from

@chemicalcat, When you say PCC doesn't want to do the repair, what is happening? Does it give you an error?
