Xperia M2 died at 43%

I can't. What I need to know is the battery in an Experia M2 inbuilt or can it be removed?? My phone died at 43 percent won't charge up and won't switch on. Tried socket changes,charger changes and it's not those. So a little info please

The device has embedded battery. See this on how to force shutdown:

another way out of this, is pressing the small button placed in the micro-sd slot...u would need a toothpick to reach it! it will force shut down the phone, and then u can start it again with the power button.

Also this "dead" thing is going to happen quite a lot as it seems to be a software bug. so carry a toothpick with u.

p.s. the phone is actually on when this happens, cause I have tried calling myself from another phone...  It's just that the screen is in some king of coma for a while and then the entire phone slips in the coma .lol
