after upgrade to android 4.3, my pc (with windows 8.1) don't connect to smartphone,

Do you have PC companion or Sony update service?
i have use pc companion and sony update service...the problem is born when i have upgrade xperia m to android 4.3...now i'll waiting bugfix update .9 (ota) and i hope to resolve usb and battery problems.
