When will xperia m update available in India? Sony Indian site shows latest android version of xperia m is 4.3 , but i cant update my xperia m through pc companion. It shows I have already the latest version. But my phone is running on android 4.1.2. When the update available in India?

i get an update to my mobile ,but i cant get update to my pc companion , if i try to download through wifi ,it stops donwloading after 5 mins...i dont know why!!...even i am from CHENNAI,INDIA....how to download it??
