Xperia m update not working

I saw the update yesterday on the site but it waas not available on my phone so I attached it to my pc and used pc companion as well as SUS but it is saying phone up to date. Now what to do as I was waiting for this update and now this is happening.

Indian Xperia M owners are yet to get the update. Especially for model C1904. It will be available soon though as SONY INDIA has already updated the product page with latest firmware listed as 15.4.A.0.23
