Xperia M smallapps not working

Small Applications not work on a Sony Xperia M 4.3, just show the grey bar and the icons on it. When try to execute anyone, simply doesn't work, I has selected, deselected, erased from the list and the problem persists. Any form to restore, delete or reinstall to give this functionality back?

1.) first are you using the original firmware? not flashed, but the one with the phone came with? if not i suggest you redo your flashing again

2,) if you are using stock firmware, repair your phone using PCC,
