Xperia M makes blue foto

Hello,

Can anyone tell me way my phone makes the foto with a blue font !? This happend only i use the back light. Thx a lot and i wait a response asap.

Have you mounted any protective cover or sheet on the phone?

Sometimes these can interfere with the flash/lamp.

Thx for your promt response, i have nothing back on camera, not any cover or something to do this blue image, the phone makes blue photo and normal photo but in almost time makes blue photo. I think is soft problem, i call to sony support and they tell me to make a hard reset and after that an update and if the problem is not solved can i go to the service mantenance becouse is a hardware problem. I not have the phone with me now but tonight i make that hard reset and i will writte tomorow with what happened. Thx a lot.

I have reset to factory settings, upadated my mobile still there are camera problems such as autofocus, blue pics, etc. But sometime it takes good pics and sometimes it dont. Many r facing these problems jst check the previous threads.

Same problem Ani_mdual...i dont have any words of good thing about this phone until they dont repare that with some update or do something with this. Please if someone know something please HELP.
