i have buying a sony xperia M (c1904) in august last sunday. all is well but there is a hanging problem in daily. all thing is stuck . touch was not working. on off switch not working all is hangout..
Is it a one time issue or repeating?. I've been using the same phone for a week now and have not seen any hanging problem. You might want to check the solutions mentioned in the Sony Support website..
see last week i bought xperia M from sony centre and from past three days i am facing the problem of hanging and i am not able to use any touch button or other button to make it proper, i can only clear it by removing and re-inserting the battery. i want a solution for this problem. i tried all procedures told by sony technical support representatives of india. still i am having same issue. I want a complete solution for this problem. its being only one week till now..
You should take the device to the nearest Sony Service Center and have them look at it. Maybe a factory reset or software repair of the device might fix the issue.
I purchase same expria M dual last month ,and i am getting same problem ,it got hanged and while calliing i am unable to pickup the phone .this is very big issue .please help us to know the solution
