Xperia M gets New Android Update 15.4.A.1.9

Hi there,

Xperia M SS gets New Android Update 15.4.A.1.9 in India, I have updated my device the latest versoin.

Now Sony Xperia M supports theme downloads option. We can now download themes from play store.

PeterPatricks, i got update... I just can say is nothing good with this update too, yes yes we can download themes now, but still many bugs, still not working for me many features like gps, moving to sd and ect, themes is not importing to me, it's just no need thing It's images, we can change pics, so it's the same, without gps i can't use navigation apps, google maps or without moving to sd car apps i can't play games, use navigation (coz for maps need more memory)... it's most important to me...

Reddyninja, don't forget to write yr opinion about update, what u found

#euphorics, as of now, we are not getting those move apps to sd card function, and yes gps problem is there, I contatcted sony about these issues, they told that may be in future updates they may be fixed.

Stay tuned for the next update....Kitkat for Xperia M....

Yeah, some impovements, but when we press the volume button, its showing a black strip over there, no volume level. But now themes can be downloaded, Sony should have provided move apps to sd card, which is very much needed.

PeterPatricks, i contacted with supported center too... they said bring phone to repair center... but at this moment (i saw that's before i got new update, but i didn't thought that could be problem Google Maps) i looked into Google Maps... before i updating app - gps working, after update of Google Maps - stopped... so maybe problem is with Google Maps?

Are u really believing that Xperia M will get KitKat? I don't think so... For u said that in supported center? If that's not offcial posted in http://blogs.sonymobile.com, don't believe that, coz Sony supported center don't know that (how many time i talk with they, the answer the same -  check http://blogs.sonymobile.com and that they don't have any information about that), seconds it's not official, so it's rumors... nothing else

A little edit: When i restarted Xperia M factory settings and didn't updated Google Maps - gps working, when i updated Google Maps - gps stopped, but when i deleted all Google Maps updates - gps still stopped... so what's guilty? Google Maps or Sony (coz they made update)?

So guys if u want to use gps- don't update Google Maps after Xperia M factory settings restart
