xperia m dual charging problem

Hello,

I 've bought my Xperia M dual a month ago but every time i charge the phone, the charging stopps while charging, but the battery isn't fully charged. I've also tried other chargers of samsung.... but always with the same problem! I only can charge the phone completly if i turn it off.

So i think, this may be a software problem. I've already the lastest software on it!

I use the phone for work so i can't turn off the phone every time for charging!

Can anyone help me?

Very strange,how can the phone charge but not completely when it is on?Have you thought that it might also be hardware issue?

I don't think this is a hardware problem because when i turn it off it charge completly. But if i conect my charger while its off and then switched on, the phone charges also when its on for a while! But normaly it stopps after 10- 15 minuits of charging when on

Try this:settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data.Restart the phone and try to charge.
