This one is a pretty strange problem I'm facing right now. The camera seems to have an uneven focus when I click the images from close up. 2/3rd of the picture is properly focused, but the other 1/3rd is out of focus.
This is a major concern for me. one example is that, when I try to click a picture of some text written on a paper, 1/2 of the text is sharp and clear where as the other half is blurry and out of focus. Below is an example.
Below is one more image which clearly explans the problem. I tried to focus on the window net. And you can see that the area in the blue box is focused and sharp. But the area in the red box is focusing the things which are behind the net. So I think that part of the camera is having trouble in focusing the near by objects!
So! What may be the solution for this?!
And also, Can other people plz check if the yhave the same problem?
Almost every one those who are uptodate is facing this problem. rather than using auto focus mode you can try normal mode i think you can get better result. if this helps give me kudos
Ok, you have my kudos :smileysmileythumbsup:
But where is the option to turn off auto focus? 😐
Can some more people please reply if its a common problem or no?
I hope its a firmware issue only, then it can be fixed. If its a hardware issue then problems arise 😐

i recently purchased sony m and had loads of camera trouble producing blue prints. there lots of options try changinh you iso and or white balance try reseting factory settings- bet you still have an issue occasionally it will produce a nice pic but 9 times out of 10 it wont. i had to give up on mine which was a shame as i loved its swiftness..
had to change brand altogether...shame
also try your video camera bet it is perfect whish the camera was it has to be something to do with the focus....
