Hello,
i Have purchased Sony Xperia M on 26th august 2013. I have noticed that most of the images clicked from my phone are not clear, Images are slightly blue in colour and the image quality is worse then 2 mega pixel . when i took the phone to service center, though images were not clear they were not ready to replace the phone.
Its not just me but many xperia M users are facing the same issue. Kindly do the needy .
Regards
Mohit Sarda
I think that the problem is in the Automatic white ballance, which fails to set the correct mode. So if you set manually to Sunny or Cloudy for outdoor pictures the result is pretty decent. Here is one from the russian forum - http://cs3-1.4pda.to/3592368/DSC_0046.jpg?002596982e0a2d33526290110000000017dc4304ebbea9d9f301f284e7...
Sony already resolved this problem in the new update. My phone blueish was gone now.
Metoo, have the same problem
I bought a Sony Xperia M a month back. There is some camera problem with the model. always i take a picture from the camera it comes with bluesh colour. due this the actual colour of the picture got changed. i register a complaint to customer care and brought the phone to service centre, they replaced the camera but the problem is not resolved. i think all the phone with same model are having same problem.
I bought Sony phone as i heard that sony is the market leader in camera quality but i think i wasted my money.
Is there any option to replace the phone and i can go for some other model of sony phone. Photos on my Xperia M are blue tint
I looked at the lense & see a purple tint in it
**bleep** Sony?
A tinted camera lense?
Cheap & nasty - oh well Sony looses reputation and profits slump
Rubbish do NOT buy
