dear sir,
my xperia m is stuck on a bootloop, usb debugging disabled,rooted...it happened after installing chainfire3d app... i dont want to loose my data can you please tell a method to get back data or to repair it without losing data.thanks
>if there is any way to turn on usb debugging please tell me, i can uninstall that app by using adb but the problem is that adb is disabled help soon...
Not sure if your data could be saved but you could try extracting the kernal from a .ftf firmware file that you are currently using for your device and flash this via flashtools - your only other option would be to manually flash a full .ftf file and you could try unticking wipe data on the Flashtools program and other than that is to use Sonys developer flashtool called Emma which will wipe all your data
"extracting the kernal from a .ftf firmware file that you are currently using for your device and flash this via flashtools"
will it backup my data??what it will do? plz explain m a newbie to this tyhanx for quick reply
will it clear all files in internal storage?
Flashing a kernal only will not wipe anything - The kernal in terms of a Pc is like the boot command where it controls the boot up process
But you must only Flash the kernal to be sure to keep your data or if you wish to try the full firmware file then untick wipe data which may or may not wipe all your data - When I manually flash I always tick wipe data
i am happy to hear that sir, will it not even wash away contacts and messages?? and other apps data?? if it is so, can u please tell me instructions to flash it? it will be of great help to me...thnak you in advance:smileyexclaim
This is a guide only but ignore the title as it's the process you need to follow - You need a .ftf firmware file for your phone and then remember to tick or untick the relevant boxes
